Jan 2005 — Present
The Intellectual Property Section of the California Lawyers Association (formerly part of the State Bar of California) supports more than members involved in the broad practice of IP including areas such as trademarks, copyrights, patents, trade secrets, privacy and technology law. I joined the Section\'s executive committee in 2005 and have served in a number of positions including Secretary, Vice-Chair and Chair of the Section. I continue to support the Section as an advisor.
