From the beginning of my career, I’ve had the privilege of navigating the ever-evolving world of banking, growing from a foundational understanding of transactions to mastering complex banking operations and project management. Whether managing front-end retail banking operations or overseeing back-end IT implementations, I’ve developed a holistic view of the banking landscape, gaining a strong technical grasp of processes and systems along the way.One of my proudest professional achievements has been working with various banking payment processes, from remittances and financing to collections and recoveries. I’ve had the opportunity to lead at a state level for the implementation of the Aadhaar project in Chhattisgarh and Madhya Pradesh, navigating stakeholder management while ensuring seamless integration with government benefit programs.My expertise has also taken me beyond national borders. Collaborating with global teams, I contributed to the World Bank project aimed at process improvement for the Central Bank of Afghanistan, and later, I worked on capacity-building initiatives with the Ministry of Education in Colombia. These projects not only broadened my understanding of international financial systems but also sharpened my problem-solving and leadership capabilities.Through every project, my approach remains the same: strategic thinking, a commitment to quality initiatives, and the drive to develop custom solutions that meet user needs.
