With over 13 years of professional experience, I have dedicated my career to leveraging inclusion as a catalyst for meaningful and lasting impact. My approach centers on embedding inclusion into core processes, policies, and programs, ensuring that equitable practices not only promote fairness but also foster environments where diverse voices are truly heard and valued. This commitment to inclusion helps break down barriers and creates spaces where everyone—regardless of background—can thrive.By integrating inclusion principles into organizational culture and strategy, I have developed and executed initiatives that address inequities and unlock the full potential of individuals and teams. Working closely with stakeholders and leaders, I strive to create tailored solutions that foster collaboration, enhance decision-making, and drive positive change. My work demonstrates that inclusion is not just a moral imperative, but a powerful force for holistic impact—enriching communities, strengthening relationships, and enabling people to reach their fullest potential.I am passionate about cultivating environments where inclusion is recognized as a key enabler of personal and collective growth, and where the impact of these efforts extends far beyond organizational boundaries.
Experience
Global Lead, Social Impact and Inclusion Strategy and Consulting Team
Oct 2024 — Present
I enable the inclusion strategy by integrating inclusion into social impact initiatives across Cisco, leading the team’s Embedding Equity by Design consultations. I deliver strategic consultations for the 40 Communities initiative within the Social Impact Team, co-developing evaluation criteria, conducting research on specific countries and communities, and implementing operational rigor to achieve best-in-class business impact in a dynamic environment. Additionally, I design and deliver inclusive upskilling trainings for leaders and teams to foster equitable practices. My contributions extended to multiple Hiring Optimization initiatives, where I helped modernize Cisco’s talent recruitment processes to ensure inclusivity throughout the hiring journey. As a key member of the Societal Issues Team, I consult on the development of the roadmap and framework to address complex and sensitive societal topics.
