With over 19 years of experience in academia and a year in the industry, I have progressed through pivotal academic and administrative roles — including Officer In-Charge Examinations, Head of Department, Coordinator – Entrepreneurship Development Cell, President – Institution Innovation Council, Program Coordinator, Chairman - Board of Studies & Board of Faculty, Member - IQAC, Member - Board of Management, Deputy Controller, SWAYAM University SPOC, and currently, Controller of Examinations.Currently, I serve as Controller of Examinations and Professor & Head, School of Engineering at Geeta University, where I lead the design and implementation of secure, transparent, and regulation-compliant examination systems aligned with institutional academic policies and national regulatory standards.I specialize in academic process governance, regulatory compliance and accreditation readiness, tech-driven assessment systems, examination reform and quality assurance, faculty empowerment, and student engagement.
