WORK HISTORY
Chief Humanologist @Five To Flow
At Five to Flow, I help organizations identify the root causes of burnout and disengagement so they can protect human energy and unlock sustainable performance. Our work combines human-centered diagnostics and assessments, digital tools, leadership dashboards, and an AI-powered performance coach to support adoption and behavior change at scale. My work lives at the intersection of human behavior, organizational design, and performance strategy, where I help leaders reimagine how work gets done so people and results can thrive together.I partner with executive teams to- Identify root causes of burnout and disengagement across teams and systems- Translate employee sentiment into actionable insights that guide decision-making- Align people, culture, process, technology, and analytics to support performance and growth- Drive adoption of new systems and ways of working so they become part of daily operations- Improve productivity, retention, and overall business outcomesI support organizations navigating large-scale transformation, helping leaders align teams, drive adoption, and sustain change over time.I also deliver keynotes and workshops for organizations navigating growth, change, and increasing demands on their people. My keynotes help leaders understand how to restore energy, focus, and performance in today’s evolving workplace.Protecting human energy is a core performance strategy. When leaders ignore it, performance declines, disengagement rises, and results become harder to sustain. When they get it right, everything changes. Employees are energized, innovative, and engaged. Organizations perform at their highest level.

ABOUT ALEXIS YAMOKOSKI
I’m a burnout survivor who refuses to accept burnout as the cost of doing business. There was a point in my career when I could no longer push through. For years, I believed exhaustion was part of success. That belief nearly cost me everything. That experience changed how I see leadership, performance, and the way we work.Today, I help leaders and organizations face a hard truth. Burnout and disengagement are not just people issues. They are performance risks that directly impact focus, productivity, and results. When this goes unaddressed, everything leaders are responsible for is at risk. Their people, their performance, and their results. As Chief Humanologist at Five to Flow and a keynote speaker, I help organizations identify the root causes of burnout and redesign work systems so that people and performance can thrive together. My work brings together behavioral science, social psychology, and real-world leadership experience to create environments where human energy is protected, and sustainable success becomes possible. Protecting human energy is a core performance strategy, and leaders who understand this are redefining what high performance actually looks like.My keynote, Navigating Burnout in Times of Change, reflects both my lived experience and the work I now bring to leaders and organizations navigating growth, change, and increasing demands on their people. If you believe there is a better way to work, lead, and live, I would love to connect. one of us has to be our true self: fresh, solid, at ease, loving, and compassionate. When we are our true selves, not only do we benefit, but everyone around us profits from our presence.” —Thich Nhat Hanh
