Ensures that every patient has access to best-in-class care, will oversee the telemedicine strategy to expand the reach of primary care and specialty services. Will assess, identify and implement technology that improves how clinicians work through reduction of administrative tasks, and enables clinicians to spend more time with patients to enhance quality, safety and patient experience. Will have telehealth, informatics, process engineering and CHaRGe (Clinical High Reliability Groups) reporting to him.
