I\'ve been producing and writing for cable TV since 1998. Prior to that I was an on-air reporter for KCNC TV, Denver. I have worked on shows for HGTV, Food Network, TLC, Animal Planet, Nat Geo, Nat Geo Wild, DIY, Reelz, Destination America, CMT and Discovery Health. I\'ve been everything from a field director to a supervising producer. Most recently I have been writing episodes of \"Fix My Frankenhouse\" on HGTV. Prior to that I wrote episodes of \"Unsellable Houses\" on HGTV,\"Dr. Oakley, Yukon Vet\" and \"Dr. K\'s Exotic Animal ER\" on Nat Geo Wild. I\'ve also been a senior producer on HGTV\'s hit show \"Fixer Upper,\" HGTV\'s \"Good Bones\" and HGTV\'s \"Restored by the Fords.\" I\'ve also been a senior producer on DIY\'s \"Building Alaska,\" and Reelz TV\'s \"Branson Taxi\" and \"Polka Kings.\" I\'ve also worked as an episodic producer/writer on HGTV\'s \"Flip or Flop Vegas,\" Animal Planet\'s \"Dr. Dee: Alaska Vet\" and \"Life at Vet U,\" and \"Emergency Vets.\" I\'ve been an episodic producer/writer for TLC\'s \"Cake Boss,\"\"Next Great Baker\",\"Bakery Boss.\" I\'ve also been an episodic producer/writer for Destination America\'s \"Smoked\" and \"Barbecue Pitmasters,\" as well as Food Network\'s \"Challenge\" series. Other HGTV shows I have story-produced and written for include:\"Home Again with the Fords,\"\"House Hunters,\"\"My First Place,\"\"The White Room Challenge\" and \"If Walls Could Talk.\" I am adept at doing stringouts on the Avid Media Composer and Adobe Premiere.
