I am very effective with the use of FAR part 6.302.I perform new policy write ups, suggested policy, contract and office policy reviews, provide suggested policy updates to the FAR, DEAR and Local Office/Program Policy, make recommendations to be reviewed and approved by senior management and SES Leadership. I challenge stale and out of date policy.A-123 / PERT / PMR File reviews. This involves a random selection of various contract file (types) by location/contracting office to be reviewed for qualitative and quantitative analysis and then a formal written summary report (a formal report of findings). These detailed contract file reviews are very comprehensive. Dollar value, thresholds and contract type dictate how the review works.Travel to numerous sites nationwide and perform individual and team interviews with the staff and or management, on what is and is not working.
