Plus, Enhanced Procurement Authority (EPA). I write and sign sensitive D&F\'s with Program Management. If you want it done right and on time, program knows who to ask for. I am very effective with the use of FAR part 6.302.I perform new policy write ups, suggested policy, contract and office policy reviews, provide suggested policy updates to the FAR, DEAR and Local Office/Program Policy, make recommendations to be reviewed and approved by senior management and SES Leadership. I challenge stale and out of date policy.A-123 / PERT / PMR File reviews. This involves a random selection of various contract file (types) by location/contracting office to be reviewed for qualitative and quantitative analysis and then a formal written summary report (a formal report of findings). These detailed contract file reviews are very comprehensive. Dollar value, thresholds and contract type dictate how the review works.Travel to numerous sites nationwide and perform individual and team interviews with the staff and or management, on what is and is not working. Write up summaries and recommendations to Senior Leadership.

I review large RFP\'s, RFI\'s, SSN\'s, Contracts, & Mods for consistencies, clauses, key personnel, sections L&M, small business use, past performance, & more.I am the POC (coordinator) for NNSA Acquisition, on all GAO & OIG Audits. We average approximately 65 – 90 Audits each year. I research and assign duties to local WDC & field staff. I work with local & field CO\'s, Program Offices, SES\'s & COR\'s, budget, finance, to provide requested & supporting documentation to GAO & OIG. I provide documentation in the form of reports, letters, white papers, spreadsheets, tables, forms, contracts, modifications, memos, past performance, trainings, other contract documentation, & various other program office documentation.
