A seasoned Transformation Director and executive with a record of leading successful business change and service delivery over 30 years across consulting and line-management roles. I’ve led strategic transformative initiatives for diverse organisations, driving holistic change at all scales to achieve sustainable outcomes. I have successfully delivered transformation focusing on industrialisation, standardisation, mobilising new capabilities, reshaping operational culture, and ongoing improvement tailored to the scale of the organisation that is transforming. Selected Achievements• Transformation of a Delivery Centre (10k+ Resources) leading to 50% growth over 3 years.• Gen-AI enabled transformation within existing budget ($25m) achieving 80% effort savings on first use cases.• Review and intervention to accelerate delivery of $100m+ agile cloud application delivery project.My differentiated experience of global delivery (with extended periods leading delivery both in the UK and from Asia - multiple years living and working in India and Philippines) makes me a highly effective global program and/or service delivery leader.
