Previously, I was the Director of Workforce and Entrepreneurship at Birmingham Urban League Inc, where I led the development and implementation of programs that bridge gaps and foster innovation. With the help of my team, I secured a large grant for a workforce development initiative, increased the number of participants and graduates in the entrepreneurship program, and established partnerships with local employers and stakeholders. I am enthusiastic about connecting with like-minded professionals who are dedicated to making a difference and empowering individuals to achieve their fullest potential.
