ABOUT ÁINE ODEA

Áine is the founder of Radiance Consulting, where she brings together deep clinical expertise, cutting-edge neuroscience, and practical coaching to help professionals lead with clarity, confidence, and purpose. She developed RADIANT, a neuroleadership coaching method grounded in neuroscience—not fluff. This framework equips leaders to communicate more strategically, make better decisions, and inspire real change. Áine’s work is all about helping individuals and teams thrive, not just survive. Her journey began in paediatric Occupational Therapy, where she specialised in supporting children with developmental needs. A serious car accident changed the trajectory of her career, leading her to pursue a PhD in Population Health Research through the prestigious SPHeRE Programme—funded by the Health Research Board. She was the very first Occupational Therapist in Ireland to earn a place on this programme. What followed was the creation of Radiance Consulting, which originally provided supervision and training to health professionals. The overwhelmingly positive feedback from her clients, however, sparked a bigger vision: to take her skills beyond healthcare and into the broader world of leadership and organisational wellbeing. Áine expanded her toolkit with qualifications in Business & Executive Coaching from UCD Smurfit Business School and Clinical Supervision from the University of Derby. Today, she works with individuals, teams, and organisations—across health, education, and business—to support better thinking, better performance, and better outcomes. She is also an expert and passionate believer in the power of neuroinclusivity and cognitive diversity to help teams innovate and perform, as well as improve talent attraction and retention. If you\'re looking for services that blend evidence-based insight with emotional intelligence & regulation expertise and zero jargon, Áine’s approach will help you to lead, succeed, and surpass expectations.
