I work with law firms across North America to improve how they operate, serve clients, and grow.In my role at Clio, I take a consultative approach with solo attorneys and small to mid sized firms (under 200 employees) to understand how they manage everyday tasks such as intake, matters, billing and invoicing, time keeping, calendaring, drafting, legal research and more. Most firms I speak with aren’t necessarily struggling because they’re doing anything wrong, but because their systems aren’t set up to scale and actually support their work.I help identify inefficiencies in existing workflows and guide firms toward solutions that fit their needs.
