In my current role, I drive the design, implementation, and adoption of ServiceNow solutions for major clients across multiple industries, while also leading the functional consulting practice. My responsibilities include: Leading the Functional Consulting Practice: setup, organization, and management of the practice; formalizing and refining the commercial offering; mentoring and coaching functional consultants; contributing as SME in pre-sales and RFP/RFQ responses. Designing and implementing business applications on the ServiceNow App Engine, from pre-sales and solution design to agile-hybrid delivery, functional workshops, and user story formalization. Advising and leading ITSM and CSM implementations (e.g, RATP, Generix, Exaprobe, Advens, Artelia), defining target architectures, streamlining processes, and ensuring solution quality through testing and validation. Architecting and delivering HR Service Delivery (HRSD) solutions (e.g, Alten), including lifecycle events (onboarding/offboarding), document management, HR services, and designing a Target Operating Model for a multilingual, multi-geo HR shared services center. Conducting benchmarking of ITSM/ITIL processes and tools (e.g, Transdev) to align business needs with best practices and technical capabilities.Through these engagements, I combine functional architecture expertise, consulting, team leadership, and hands-on delivery to help organizations maximize the value of their ServiceNow investment.
