Mark is a highly experienced finance professional with over 25 years experience working in the UK, Ireland, Italy, Switzerland and USA across a variety of business sectors. For over 10 years, Mark has run his own accountancy, tax and advisory business in Lancashire with a particular focus on operations and securing investment for start-up and early stage businesses. Mark has helped many small business owners grow and exit their businesses with strategic advice, tax planning, financial modelling and capital raising often with EIS Relief. As CFO for a Fintech start-up, Mark has been instrumental in raising over £10MM in equity and debt from crowdfunding, technology funds, family offices and ultra high net worth individuals. Mark is now applying this experience to film and documentary financing, production and production accounting.
