Executive leader with 30+ years of experience turning first-of-a-kind nuclear and clean energy projects into reality.I have built my career on leading complex, large-scale projects and operational transformations in the nuclear sector — from advancing next-generation technologies to optimizing the performance of existing assets. Known for fostering collaboration, I unite owners, regulators, engineers, and partners to deliver results in highly regulated, technically demanding environments.Key achievements include: • Small Modular Reactor Leadership – Led the first G7 Small Modular Reactor through every stage: regulatory approvals, investment decisions, engineering, procurement, and construction. • Operational Excellence at Scale – Elevated Pickering Nuclear Station to its best performance in output, achieving record production through outage improvements while simultaneously executing its life extension program. • Project Excellence – Delivered major infrastructure projects in support of the Darlington Nuclear Generating Station Refurbishment Project, ensuring the program remained on schedule and on budget — one of the largest and most complex clean energy projects in Canada. • Commercial Innovation – Designed and implemented innovative strategies to execute complex nuclear projects, including the Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) contract for DNNP — a first-of-its-kind model that aligned stakeholders and supported one team delivery organization. Throughout my career, I have championed integrated project organization, built high-performing teams, and led organizations through transformative change.
