Raised across India in Army cantonments, I bring discipline, adaptability, and cultural versatility into every professional role. A Dentist by training, I discovered my true passion in academics, publications, and knowledge translation, which led me to pivot from direct clinical practice into medical education, medical affairs, and healthcare communications.During the last three years I have led medical content teams at PW MedEd and at Allen Next. I set a single editorial workflow that covers all nineteen MBBS subjects. The teams I supervise have released more than pages of exam material and have assembled a question bank of over items for NEET-PG, INICET besides FMGE.My work balances medical knowledge with system design - I coordinate physician reviewers plus run AI audits so that accuracy stays high as volume grows. Structured APR workflows that I introduced shorten the average editorial cycle by about 30%. I built the entire BDS content line - 600 concept labels and reviewed questions. I also check every clinical video and lecture script - so far I have signed off on over 300+ videos but also 350+ lecture Q&A audits to keep each item inside the official syllabus.I operate from one principle : Good medical content must be correct and must stay in the student\'s mind during an exam.
