As the inaugural DEI leader, my role is centered around creating and refining the organization\'s DEI framework. This involves strategically pinpointing, evaluating, and implementing essential DEI and employee engagement initiatives. My responsibilities also include formulating and executing an extensive, multi-year DEI strategy. This strategy is designed to enhance the long-term effectiveness of our programs, impacting every aspect of the employee experience across a diverse global workforce of over employees, spanning 14 different levels in 16 different offices across 12 countries.
