As an academic leader with over 28 years of experience in higher education, I am passionate about driving innovation in teaching, learning environments, and educational research.Currently serving as the Director of the Model Institute of Education and Research (MIER) and Principal of MIER College of Education, Jammu, I hold a Ph.D. in Technology Supported Learning Environments from Curtin University, Australia, and a Master\'s in Psychology and Education.Honoured to have received the Endeavour Executive Award by the Australian Government and to be an IVLP alumnus of the US Government, my work focuses on technology-enabled learning, STEM education, and teacher education.I serve as an Adjunct Research Fellow at Curtin University and Editor-in-Chief of the MIER Journal of Educational Studies, Trends and Practices.
