SHIFT ENGINEER• Operating 3 Low-Water Volume Water-tube Thermogenics Thermocoil Steam Boilers.• Operating 2 600 Ton McQuay Chillers.• Completing Water Tests on Boilers, Chillers, Feedwater, Cooling Towers, & Reverse Osmosis System and adjusting Chemical Feeds when necessary.• Daily Mechanical Room Inspections across the 45-acre Hospital Campus, inspecting Air Handlers, various Pumps, Glycol Systems, Satellite Boilers, Domestic Water Heaters, & Heat Exchangers, as well as various other equipment.• Daily Powerhouse checks, including Diesel Generators, ATS, & Switchgear Room, as well as inspecting equipment in-service (Boilers, Chillers, Compressors) and tracking Chemical Inventory and Day Tank Levels.• Working with Contractors, creating Contractor Work Orders and completing Tenant Requests.• Making adjustments on the BAS to accommodate Tenant Requests and Building Operation.• Preventative Maintenance & Lubrication on Air Handlers, Pumps, Fans (Supply, Return, & Exhaust), Air Compressors, Air Dryers, among other miscellaneous items as well as various Building Plumbing Repairs.
