As the Director of Operations at Kidzee, the largest preschool chain in Asia, I oversee the academic and administrative aspects of La Matina School, ensuring quality education and service delivery. I have been working with La Matina School-Kidzee for over 15 years, and have also served as an Academic Coordinator and an English Teacher, bringing my experience and expertise in curriculum development, teacher training, and English as a second language (ESL) to the organization.I am a passionate educator who believes that education is much more than just passing the grades. I am a keen learner who is open to new challenges as they help to broaden my current horizons. I hold a PGD in Educational Administration and Supervision, a BEd, and two master\'s degrees in Economics and Education. I have also received multiple awards for my innovative and inspirational leadership, such as the Inspirational Leader Award, the Certificate of Teacher Innovation Award, and the Star Teacher Award.
