With expertise in clinical research, injury prevention, musculoskeletal physiotherapy, medicine, and sports injuries, I am equipped with the skills needed to deliver exceptional healthcare services. I hold a BPT and MPT (Sports) degree in Physiotherapy from Jamia Hamdard, which has provided me with a solid foundation in my field. Currently, I am actively involved with UPCA (Uttar Pradesh Cricket Association) where I apply my expertise to support the physical well-being of athletes. Previously, I had the opportunity to work with DDCA (Delhi and District Cricket Association), where I gained valuable experience and honed my skills. I am dedicated to staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in physiotherapy and continually expanding my knowledge. My goal is to provide evidence-based care and develop tailored treatment plans to help athletes optimize their performance and prevent injuries.
