ABOUT ZAIBA HASAN KHAN
I have done my PhD in plant molecular biology with the special emphasis on bioinformatics from BITS Pilani. I am highly dedicated towards research on molecular biology, bioinformatics, machine learning in disease prediction. I am currently working on bioinformatic and statistical analysis of MiSeq NGS data to identify microbial signatures in diseases such as anemia, HIV, NAFLD, urinary bladder cancer, bacterial vaginosis, pneumonia. Apart from this, I am also working on application of ML models in disease prediction.
