Dr. Yuvika Singh is a highly dedicated and accomplished management professional, Ph.D. in Management with a specialization in HR from Punjabi University, Patiala. Her academic journey began with the qualification of UGC-NET in Management, Dec- 2011. She holds an MBA degree in HRM and Marketing, which she earned in 2009, and a B. Tech degree in Instrumentation and Control Engineering (With Honors) from Kurukshetra University, in 2006. With over 15 years of extensive teaching and industry experience, she currently holds the position of Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Management Studies, The ICFAI University, Himachal Pradesh, where she has been serving since August 2019. In the past, she has been the part of renowned organizations such as Lovely Professional University (Punjab), Chandigarh Group of Colleges (Mohali), ICL Group of Colleges (Ambala), JMIT (Radaur), and Guru Nanak Institute of Management (Mullana). She has received accolades, including Women of Research Award in 2025, Best presenter awards, Best Teacher Award and numerous Certificates of Appreciation for organizing workshops, industrial visits, guest lectures, placement drives and seminars for the students as well as the faculty members. She has authored the book on soft skills and management practices. She is even engaged in her educational YouTube channel for the educators as well as the students. She pursued her B.Tech and MBA in HR from Kurukshetra university. She has qualified her UGC net (Management) exam in 2011. She has published more than 40 research papers including chapters on ‘employee engagement’( PsycInfo Indexed), ‘Workplace Deviance’(Scopus Indexed) and ‘Innovations in Higher education sector’ in reputed national and international journals and publication house. She has presented more than 40 research papers in national and international conferences, attended more than 50 workshops/FDP in reputed organizations. She has organized many industrial visits till now for management students and 2 days entrepreneurship development programme under NEDC along with many Guest lectures, national seminar, Placement Selection Improvement Programs, Placement drives and 5 days FDP on Structural Equation Modeling. Her teaching and research interests are Human resource management, Organizational behaviour, Employee engagement, Business research methodology, Psychology and higher education. Apart from these she has completed certificate courses by World Health Organization.
