Well acquainted with various immobilization methods-Amine coupling, SA-biotin, Ni-NTA- His coupling, dual coupling etc. Well acquainted with various kinetic methods and protocols-Single cycle, Multicycle kinetic, pH Scouting, Buffer Scouting, Regeneration scouting and optimization Well acquainted with various kinetic parameters and analysis method-Kinetic and affinity analysis using single, batch as well as screening mode e.g.(Analysis: 1:1 binding and Bivalent analysis)(Parameters- Equilibrium dissociation constant KD, Association rate constant ka, Dissociation rate constant kd, KD plot: Affinity, On-off rate map: kinetics, sensorgram comparison, Similarity score and Relative response comparison)• Conductions of various cell based studies and preparations of reports for the same according to client requirements in time bound manner.• Conductions of various high through put western blot studies for degraders using classical as well as Odyssey® DLx Imaging System and preparations of reports for the same according to client requirements in time bound manner.• Managing, train and supervise the activities of the subordinates.
