My educational philosophy is student learning centered that evolved from many years of teaching experience, I want students to actively participate, rather than passively learn. As I reflect on my beliefs regarding teaching and learning, I find that my mission as an instructor is threefold:to promote positive learning; to spark learner enthusiasm for learning;and to provide a strong foundation for lifelong learning.To accomplish this, I enjoy applying a wide variety of strategies based on innovative and essential educational principles encompassing cognitive functioning, learning theory, diversity issues, innovative technology, instructional planning and assessment.Other Professional Skills: Assessment and clinical experience with individual, couples, groups, and family therapy. Strong communication, and effectual multicultural interpersonal skills.(Bilingual) Demonstrated success managing high performing teams, including proven ability to inspire,coach, and lead professional as well as supporting staff.
