As the Head of Clinical Pharmacology at KIMS Hospital, Secunderabad,India.I oversee all aspects of clinical pharmacology department to ensure superior patient care and effective management and ensuring compliance with rigorous accreditation standards, such as NABH, NABL, and ACL. This involves conducting regular audits, refining treatment protocols, and maintaining the highest level of care. I lead a team of clinical pharmacists, fostering a collaborative environment focused on patient safety and effective medication management. Through my leadership, we have implemented innovative strategies that resulted in a 15% reduction in error rates, significantly enhancing patient safety and aligning with institutional goals.Mentoring the next generation of clinical pharmacists is a key part of my role. I provide PharmD students with hands-on training and guidance, helping them navigate complex clinical cases and develop the skills needed for their careers. I am passionate about shaping future professionals who will contribute to the advancement of patient care.In addition to my leadership responsibilities, I am actively pursuing Board Certification in Clinical Pharmacology (BCCP) to further enhance my expertise. I have contributed to over 22 publications in peer-reviewed journals, reflecting my commitment to advancing clinical research and improving healthcare outcomes. My diverse certifications in oncology, cardiology, and gastroenterology, ACLS,BLS. alongside my leadership experience, ensure I am well-equipped to drive innovation and excellence in clinical pharmacology.
