I am passionate about empowering farmers and advancing agriculture through innovative solutions. With a strong background in agricultural research and development, I have consistently worked to bridge the gap between research and practice by conducting trials in both field and controlled environments. My expertise spans several facets of agriculture, including fertilizer research and development, where I focus on formulating new fertilizer grades in laboratory settings. I lead product testing trials at State Agricultural Universities and on farmers\' fields, while also managing and administering agricultural development laboratories. My experience extends to conducting comprehensive soil, plant, and water analyses to optimize agricultural practices, driving market development, and ensuring compliance with the Fertilizer Control Order 1985. I am actively involved in agricultural extension activities, supporting knowledge transfer and capacity building. Additionally, I specialize in content creation and management for technical communications, including scientific reports and literature, and utilize social media platforms to increase visibility and engagement within the agricultural community. I also develop creative materials for product advertising to strengthen brand presence.
