Worked With NGOs more than 10 years including Social Policy Research Institute, Institute of Development Studies Jaipur,Indian Institute of Rural Management, Jaipur and Rajasthan Voluntary Health Association Jaipur, Conducting formative research, formulating strategies for social and behaviour change communication for health sector, Organizing Training Program, Research studies, Program Management on Health and Development, Documentation and Material development are the key working areas. Working with Health department last 23 years for supporting health communication activities. Associated with RCH-I, IPD-II and NRHM and SIHFW as Associate Professor, Communication. Besides this have been discharged the responsibilities of Registrar, SIHFW from October 2012 to April 2013 after 2018 time to time. Currently Working with IPE Global as an Advisor, Community Engagement under RajPusht, Social and Economic Empowerment. Facilitating PLA Led strengthening of VHSNCs in Rajasthan. Specialties: Health Communication and Communication for Development, Communication Research Developing Training Modules for health professionals training, Documentation of best practices.Developing Communication Material, Evaluation of Programs and projects, Conducting Research studies.
