I am actively involved in the stage where lab-grown banana plantlets are transitioned from controlled lab environments to natural growing conditions where, I play the key role in following dealings:Monitor plantlets as they adapt to external conditions in poly house areas.Maintain optimal humidity, temperature, and light conditions to reduce transplant shock.Monitor for bacterial, fungal infections or pest attacks and taking preventive or corrective measures.Administer fertilizers or growth regulators as required for robust development.Document survival rates, growth performance and any abnormalities.Keep coordination with Supervisors, workers or technicians involved in the hardening process.Ensure that only healthy and properly acclimatized plants are dispatched to the field or customers.
