Responsible for overall Clone Development from Vector Design, Construct design to MCB preparation. • Manage multiple projects at various stage and complete on time to meet the business requirement.• Vector and Construct design for both microbial and mammalian clone development.• Clone development (Variants of CHO (CHO S and CHO-GS) cell line, HEK cell line and E.coli) for biosimilar production (Mabs (Mono & Bispecific), Fusion proteins and Recombinant proteins) and cell line development for Bioassay cell lines.• Expression studies for high level expression of biosimilars / Biologics.• Clone stability – Continuous Passage, Limit of In Vitro Cell Age (LIVCA), PCR and sequencing• Copy number determination in the mammalian and microbial clones• Construct stability determination in Mammalian and Microbial clones.• Preparation of Clone Development Report, Clone Characterization Report, Technology Transfer Document for MCB/WCB preparation.• Collaboration with Cross Functional Teams in R&D and Manufacturing.• Supporting cGMP cell banks (MCB, WCB & EPCB) preparation and characterization.• Developed methods In-house for Cell Bank Characterization.• Data compilation, Analysis and document preparation compliance to regulatory requirements.• CMC Preparation for Domestic and Regulated markets and Life Cycle Management for biosimilar products. • Training plans for freshers and experienced for qualifying personnel in Clone Development Team.
