ABOUT VIJAY PRAKASH GUPTA

Dr. Vijay Prakash Gupta has more than 15 years of experience in the field of education and research. Currently, he is working as an Associate Professor at the Institute of Business Management at GLA University, Mathura. He did his Ph.D. in Management from Uttarakhand Technical University Dehradun. He has been appreciated and awarded by the Higher Education Department, Government of Uttar Pradesh, for course curriculum design under NEP-2020. He has been awarded the PERFICIO Awards 2020 for the Best Research and Innovation of the Year 2020 by the BHS Foundation, New Delhi, in collaboration with Campbell University, USA, as well as being bestowed with the Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan Professor Award for Outstanding Contribution in the Field of Teaching, Research, and Development. He is an editorial member and a reviewer for many reputed international journals. He has published around 20 research papers in reputed national and international journals indexed in ABDC, Scopus, Web of Science, and UGC CARE. He has two patents to his credit. He is regularly invited to serve as the keynote speaker for seminars and conferences by institutes of high repute. He has authored two textbooks, edited five books, and contributed chapters to about 10 books. He has attended more than 30 faculty development programs, workshops, seminars, and national and international conferences, and presented his research papers. His core competency extends to courses like Business Economics, Managerial Economics, Business Environment, Indian Economy, Basics of Marketing, Marketing Management, and Sales Management.
