Senior healthcare and higher education executive with enterprise responsibility across academic strategy for workforce development. I currently serve as Senior Vice President, Associate Chief Academic Affairs Officer, and President of the College of Health Careers, leading system-aligned efforts to advance academic excellence, expand workforce pipelines, and deliver outcomes-driven healthcare education programs responsive to community and organizational needs.With more than 25 years of combined higher education and clinical experience as a Registered Nurse and Adult Nurse Practitioner, I bring an integrated academic, clinical, and executive perspective. My leadership focuses on enrollment growth and retention, academic–clinical alignment, community and employer partnerships, and the development of scalable educational pathways aligned with the future of healthcare delivery.I am deeply engaged in strategic philanthropy, partnering with system and foundation leaders to translate institutional priorities into investable opportunities. Over the past two years, these partnerships have secured more than $10 million in philanthropic support advancing workforce development, academic innovation, and access to education.I also serve as an accreditation evaluator for ABHES, ACEN, and NYSED, leveraging my Doctor of Education in Higher Education & Corporate Training to uphold academic rigor, continuous quality improvement, and institutional accountability.I am committed to building a highly skilled, diverse, and future-ready healthcare workforce that advances patient care, organizational performance, and community health.
