Hello, I’m Victoria, a Resourceful and analytical professional with broad-based background and skills in developing, and implementing education programs, participating in community outreach, and coordinating care services for pregnant and postpartum women, children, and adolescents. I hold a Doctorate degree in healthcare administration, and a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in social work with over 10+ years of experience working in various organizations and have held and functioned in different positions as Program developer, Navigator, Program coordinator, WIC program manager, Early head start family service coordinator, Medical social worker and most recently as an Advocacy Director. I have spearheaded multiple campaigns to raise awareness and improve maternal health outcomes for Black birthing individuals. I am adept at providing psychosocial services, health planning, needs assessment, and conducting developmental and behavioral screening. I am efficient in leading multiple tasks with great attention to detail and prioritizing work based on deadlines, and being flexible when needed. I have held different leadership positions, through which I have gained valuable skills that have enabled me to effectively and efficiently demonstrate the following abilities: effective communication, public speaking, problem-solving, analytical and organizational skills, team building, human resource management, critical thinking, mentoring, and strategic planning. These skills have proven to be beneficial in diverse settings, and I strive to continue to hone them while seeking new opportunities to grow as a leader.
