Currently serving as the Head of the MBA Department at Tulsiramji Gaikwad-Patil College of Engineering & Technology, I specialize in AI leadership competencies, Business Analytics, and Entrepreneurial leadership & ethics.My professional journey bridges academia, research, and practice—empowering students, leaders, and organizations to embrace innovation with values. With dual Ph.D. degrees in Management Science and Peace Science, my expertise also extends to digital marketing, enterprise resource planning, and human values and professional ethics.
