ABOUT VERONIKA SWEET

Welcome! Great that you are here! Perhaps you are interested in the topic of ‘change’ and would just like to have a look around? Perhaps we already know each other from your studies, research or previous coaching, supervision or support in change processes? My name is Veronika Sweet and I am delighted that you are interested in systemic coaching, team support or organisational development. A common understanding is at the beginning of every contact. How do I look at coaching and organisational development with Sweet & Partners? And how not? We should look at this together so that we can enjoy creating. Since 2012, my systemic approach has given me great pleasure in designing processes together in stages. With the great individuals involved, step by step. This also means that Sweet & Partners are less the right choice when it comes to ‘buying the human factor’ in change, when the ‘human factor’ needs to be ‘priced in’ or efficiency gains need to be realised. A ‘best version’ of someone would not be a mandate for us. However, we come together wonderfully if you want change for yourself, your team or your organisation. With the joy of constructivism: ‘How do you experience it?’ instead of ‘right or wrong’. ‘Assuming it succeeds.’ instead of ‘if. then.’. Depending on the context, we start powerfully with coaching for individuals, impulses for change communication for specific groups or the accompaniment in transformations in your respective organisation.
