My primary objective is to enhance human capital by cultivating a culture of innovation and creativity. I draw inspiration from the visionary leaders Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam, Dr.Rajesh Arora & Prof.Vrushali Sharma who have shaped my educational philosophy.I am deeply grateful to Dr. Rajesh Arora for affording me the opportunity to collaborate with him, and I eagerly anticipate the prospect of working together once more. I firmly believe in a proactive approach, where individuals present solutions rather than problems.In my pursuit to contribute to the progress of our nation, I advocate for the creation of employment generators. I have had the privilege of founding and directing events such as \"NSS is L.I.E-2014,\" focusing on Leadership, Innovation, and Excellence, as well as \"Survival of the Fittest-2014,\" a dynamic 96-hour game for NSS camp participants. I also served as the Program Director for \"WAR on POVERTY,\" a significant initiative declared by the NSS team in 2014.I subscribe to the notion that \"CORRECTION of mistakes is called as an experience,\" and I am deeply committed to cultivating an environment of creativity and innovation for students. My vision centers on engaging students in research activities and promoting a holistic educational experience that transcends the confines of traditional exams.
