Serve as the Director of the Office Diversity & Community Partnerships and the Administrative Director for the PRIME Programs within UCSD\'s School of Medicine (SOM). Incumbent has a major and continuing responsibility for program planning, development and research related to the PRIME-HEq and PRIME-TIDE curricular track within the SOM and pathway programs. In collaboration with the PRIME-HEq Executive Director, PRIME-TIDE Director and Associate Dean of Diversity and Community Partnerships (AD-DCP), responsible for the evaluation of the PRIME track structure and pathways programs, recommending revisions, additions, and deletions to the established program, and independently developing ideas for individual programs as appropriate. Incumbent interfaces professionally with a broad range of collaborative contacts across campus, as well as external organizations throughout the San Diego community. Advice faculty, staff and students on procedures and outcomes related to PRIME-HEq and PRIME-TIDE program.

I am a social scientist and educator trained and experienced working within a diverse and demanding environment including educational, administrative, and community.
