Currently pursuing a Doctoral Degree in Business Administration (DBA) with a focus on Hospital & Healthcare Management from the European Institute of Applied Sciences and Management.In my second-year fellowship with the IsQua International Society for Quality in Healthcare, I bring a wealth of experience and expertise. Certified as a CPHQ from NAHQ, a Six Sigma Green Belt from ASQ, and a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from MSME-Government of India, I am dedicated to driving operational excellence.I proudly served as the former Co-chair of the Infusion Nurses Society-Gujarat State Chapter, contributing to the advancement of nursing practices.My professional journey commenced at Asutosh Hospital in 2011,where I ascended from ICN to the pivotal role of CNO in the first 4 years of my professional career, Asutosh Hospital is an 100 bedded Multispeciality hospital holds NABH accreditation.In 2017, I embraced the challenge at Venus Hospital, a charitable trust hospital, serving as the Chief of Nursing Services and Hospital Quality. Through strategic initiatives, we transformed Venus Hospital into a leading healthcare provider in Surat, earning accolades such as NABH, ISO, Kayakalp Award from QCI, and CAHO excellence certificates.Currently, as the CNO & Head of Hospital Quality, our team is on the verge of achieving NABH nursing excellence certificates, poised to make Venus Hospital the first in South Gujarat to attain this distinction.I invite you to connect for insightful discussions, collaborations, and opportunities to contribute to the dynamic landscape of healthcare management and quality assurance.
