As an educator and consultant for Emergenetics, I teach individuals about the science of thinking and behavior to transform the way individuals, teams, and organizations work. I am progressive, innovative, and engaging with my classes. I believe in people and enjoy being a part of their learning process. I appreciate modern tools that are based in science with strong reliability and I do not believe in just delivering content - I believe in bringing content to life.*As an educator, I empower individuals - The Emergenetics Profile assessment can be used as a self-awareness tool in 1-1 coaching or in group workshops. I administer the Profiles and access the proprietary reports to conduct a thorough assessment of the individuals and their teams prior to providing the training classes and workshops.*As an educator, I build stronger teams - I conduct our classes and workshops titled Meeting of the Minds which creates awareness around thinking and behavioral differences and strengthens team dynamics.*As an educator, I transform organizations – I am an integral part of a broad talent and organizational development strategy that links assessments, team performance, and working culture. Upon completion of my classes and trainings, Emergenetics becomes a common language that cuts through differences and creates a climate of productivity and positivity.
