ABOUT TRACY GAYNOR
With over two decades of administrative experience, I currently serve as an Assistant Principal at North Paulding High School—the largest high school in Paulding County. After leading at the elementary level for 20+ years, I transitioned to high school administration for the 2024–2025 school year and will continue in this role for 2025–2026. This move has allowed me to expand my impact, bringing a deep understanding of student development and teacher support across the K–12 continuum. At North Paulding, I oversee MTSS (Multi-Tiered System of Supports) and ESEP (Exceptional Student Education Program), working closely with students, families, and staff to ensure access, equity, and academic success for all learners. I’ve also led schoolwide mentoring initiatives, supported the growth of instructional quality through coaching and feedback cycles, and collaborated on targeted interventions for students with IEPs, 504s, and RTI plans.Outside of the traditional school day, I am actively involved in our school’s extracurricular life, including volunteering with the NPHS tennis team and spearheading fundraising events that build school spirit and student engagement.Specialties: Building positive and inclusive school culture Mentoring teachers and supporting instructional growth Driving equity through effective intervention and student services Implementing Tiered Supports (MTSS, RTI, IEP) Using data to guide instructional and behavioral strategies Leading meaningful community and extracurricular engagement Strategic and Student-CenteredWhether identifying a root cause through data or rallying a team around a solution, I bring clarity, energy, and structure to schoolwide improvement. I’m proud of my role in improving student performance, reducing discipline incidents, launching successful mentoring programs, and boosting stakeholder involvement through transparent, consistent communication.🧠 Instructional Leader & Relationship BuilderMy strength lies in creating authentic, purpose-driven relationships—with students, staff, and families alike. I meet people where they are, build trust through action, and always lead by example. Whether I’m presenting at a professional learning session, cheering courtside at a student match, or troubleshooting supports for a struggling learner, I show up invested and ready to serve. Let’s ConnectI’m always happy to share insights on school improvement, special education, teacher coaching, or building dynamic, student-centered learning communities. Let’s grow together!
