With extensive experience in the automotive industry, I am a passionate leader who drives innovation, operational excellence, and sustainability in the field of mobility. With carvaloo, a tech-company providing advanced AI solutions, our mission is to disrupt the market and create value for customers, partners, and investors.Prior to founding carvaloo, I held various senior positions at BMW and thyssenkrupp, leading core functions such as R&D, Manufacturing Engineering, Operational Excellence, Quality, Sustainability, and Sales.As the CTO and Senior Vice President of Operations, I was driving the transformation of thyssenkrupp Automotive, one of Europe\'s largest automotive suppliers generating €8 billion in revenue with 90 manufacturing plants and employees. I led the digital transformation, introduced software-centric and AI-based products, and implemented large initiatives for lean manufacturing, quality management and climate neutrality. Being a FULBRIGHT scholar and having lived in Germany, the UK, and North America, I bring a diverse and global perspective to my work.
