Observe teachers in the classroom, review their curriculum, and analyze results from their class standardized test scores. Leverage that information to root cause opportunities such as improved teaching methods, interdisciplinary learning, improved curriculum, classroom management, flexing to different learning styles, and documentation. Coach faculty on improving their instructional strategies and encouraging them to diversity by incorporating research-based instructional learning, differentiated instruction, technology infusion, brain compatibility learning, leveraging multiple modalities when teaching, infusing cultural awareness, and more. Manage the day-to-day operations of the school including student drop off, pick up, facilities/cafeteria management, developing a weekly newsletter for parents, and conducting safety drills. Responsible for recruiting, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, training, and performance evaluation of faculty/staff.
