Lepage Associates is home to a highly experienced team of experts with diverse specialties in all aspects of psychological, forensic, and psychiatric services for all ages and diagnoses. •Summary: Provide psychological services to include therapy, evaluations, coaching and clinical and forensic consultation. Sole Founder of Lepage Associates private practice; as CEO, manage all facets of business and supervise all Associates. •Provide individual, couples, family and group therapy to adults, college students, and teenagers; supervise therapy of Associates serving children, adolescents, and adults. •Conduct psychological evaluations; supervise psychoeducational evaluations of Associates. •Conduct forensic evaluations. Forensic evaluations include child custody, parental capacity, mental status assessment, fitness for duty/return to work, disability assessment, legal decision making and financial capacity assessment, substance abuse assessment, immigration, adoption issues, and general psychological evaluations for use in all courts. •Act as final supervisory reader on all clinically complex psychological and forensic evaluations for the practice. •Conduct parenting plan mediation and consults. •Child specialist in divorce, collaborative and adversarial. Also act as divorce coach. •Certified Parent Coordinator serving several districts in NC. •Provide coaching and consultation to attorneys, people divorcing, school personnel, business managers and personnel, and other mental health professionals. •Serve as Risk Assessment Specialist/Consultant to Chapel Hill-Carrborro City Schools; lead their Risk Assessment of Violence Team.

Over 30 years experience counseling and managing counseling programs. 20+ years doctoral-level clinical experience to include clinical program management. Advanced degrees in psychology and management. Clinical psychology doctorate included dual tracks in both adult and child psychology; years of experience include working as therapist and evaluator with adults, as well as working as a child psychologist with children ages 3-18 providing therapy, evaluation, and family therapy. Extensive experience in providing and supervising psychological evaluation. Education, training, and experience in psychology include 20+ years in forensic psychology to include forensic evaluations, forensic expert/consultant, and expert witness work. Qualified in Family court as an expert witness in clinical psychology, forensic psychology, and child custody evaluations; qualified in Superior court as an expert in clinical psychology and forensic psychology; in addition to civilian courts have served as forensic expert in military court.
