About Ticada Guyton
Currently I serve as an Assistant Principal with the Shelby County Schools district where I lead a team of high-performing teachers. Together we strive to increase the quality of education provided to underrepresented students. I am an Instructional Leader with 16 years experience and a proven record of data driven instructional design, developing and leading professional development, project management and coaching individuals to success. I have extensive experience in distilling data and synthesizing key points to create actionable steps and inform decisions as well as change management.As an educational administrator, I have demonstrated success in program management with specific experiences in logistical planning, budgeting, leading high-performing teams and facilitating performance evaluations. I am very passionate about adult professional development and empowering instructional leadership teams to formulate data driven solutions.
