ABOUT TANYA RICHARDSON
Prior to my current role as a senior lecturer in Early Years I owned and managed my own \"outstanding\" day nursery and out of school club. We set up a forest school and this ignited my research passion of speech and language development in the outdoors. I am the co-chair of the Early Childhood Studies Degree Network and am interested in enhancing the professionalism of the Early Years workforce.
