With over 30 years of experience as a lean practitioner, academic, and change agent, I am passionate about developing capability across sectors with systems thinking, lean, CI and sustainability. With a focus on management education, exploring approaches linking LEGO (R) Serious Play (R) and other experiential learning. Working to link regenerative business methods, to communities of practice within Higher Education and beyond. Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (SFHEA) and a certified Lean Foundation and Practitioner. Visiting researcher @University of Southampton, applying lean principles and tools to optimise processes, services, and projects within a university context.My mission is to help teams put regenerative methods and sustainability at the heart of their practice, by designing out waste and pollution, keeping materials in use, and regenerating natural systems.
