About Syreeta Dukes

I am known as a \"Parachute Leader\" because I jump in and Lead any project to success. I am currently the HBCU (Historically Black Colleges and Universities) and HSI (Hispanic Serving Institutions) Campus Manager for Collins Aerospace, where I partner with human resources and 8 universities nationwide to recruit talent. I devote my time to mentoring and empowering K-12 and early in career students to pursue STEM careers and actively develop strategies on how to close the gap in opportunities afforded to underrepresented communities through involvement in key RTX events and partnerships such as Girls Day, National Academy Foundation (NAF), Girls Who Code (GWC) and the Boys and Girls Club of America. For over 10 years I have utilized my passion for serving and supporting communities and students while volunteering for various non-profit organizations. In my current role, I strategize and develop programs for my target HBCU & HSI universities. I develop and manage the execution of targeted University Relations activities for candidate sourcing to support early talent programs and intern hiring (through Career Fairs, Referrals, Post-Event Interviews, Candidate hand-off to the Talent Acquisition team, engagement with student organizations and faculty/staff Partnerships, etc.). I am a social impact hero, who advocates and enhances my company\'s efforts, by influencing the next generation of STEM leaders. I empower communities by sharing my humble beginnings and unique background in STEM to attract early-in-career talent to RTX. I lead campus team events, recruitment fairs, and campus ambassador teams while collaborating with Business Development, Talent Acquisition, Program Management, and Engineering hiring managers across the RTX business units. My collaborations provide sponsorship, mentorship, and professionally enriching events at Universities, to ensure program success and support business goals. My pre-medical and database administrative background brings a fresh perspective to my role at Collins. My dedication to serving my community and my unwavering commitment and determination will produce the results needed to meet any company\'s goals while creating a pipeline for many early-career talent.
