Hi, I am Swathi Sreekumar. With over 6 years of multidisciplinary experience across clinical, operational, and public health settings. Proven track record in leading and coordinating complex patient pathways such as the National Cancer Screening Programmes with additional expertise in health promotion/improvement, project management and service improvement. Holds an MSc in Healthcare Management (NVQ Level 7), PRINCE2 Foundation certification, QSIR Fundamentals training, Chartered Management Institute (CMI) Level 7 qualification in Leadership and Management and a Bachelor\'s in Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery. With a strong clinical foundation as a former Medical Officer, complemented by current experience, I have a unique perspective on both frontline patient care and strategic service delivery. Demonstrated success in supporting early cancer detection through pathway validation, CT tracking, MDT coordination, and equitable service access. Skilled in data analytics (Excel, Power BI), clinical systems (Cerner, EPR, Nelson, DRDR), SOP development, stakeholder engagement, and managing audits aligned to national KPIs.
