I have experience in medical affairs ( IC and managerial)and marketing in diverse super specialty areas like Gastroenterology, Neurosurgery, Womens health in addition to having primary care physician experience. At Pfizer I have conceptualised and implemented the roll out of MSL team and also launch of execution excellence which looked at overall capability enhancement and strategic positioning of field medical teams. Within Oncology I ensured the AMA team remains a high performance unit through continuous quality improvement and cutting edge content both M2Ms and AMA driven activities.
