A good contract is smart communication – litigation is intensified persuasion.\"My practice focuses on international commercial contracts and cross-border dispute resolution, with an emphasis on IP-driven transactions, innovation and technology-related projects, and complex commercial relationships. I advise on the structuring, negotiation and enforcement of international agreements, including CISG-governed contracts, and represent clients in disputes, including arbitration.I work across jurisdictions and legal cultures, with a geographic focus on Europe and Brazil, at the intersection of contracts, intellectual property and dispute resolution. Alongside my practice, I am engaged with UNIDROIT and the ICC and teach international contract law and arbitration at the University of Potsdam.In this context, my work addresses the contractual and regulatory framework for cross-border innovation and research cooperation.
